NIM Karachi offers a Senior Management Course (SMC), a rigorous training program for BS 19 Officers of Government of Pakistan eligible for next promotion, who are further trained to formulate and implement public strategy at higher levels, after their promotion. NIM also offers a Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) for BS 18 Officers with the objective to upgrade their professional capacity and performance that is professionally expected in public service.
