• A Tutorial discussion on Role of Regulatory bodies (NEPRA, OGRA) at the Operational and Tactical level was conducted.

• Two guest speakers namely Mr. S.M Tahir and Mr. Zarmast Khattak jointly  conducted a session on "Revisiting ESTACODE and Secretariat Instructions."

• Two participants namely Mr. M. Younis and Dr. Ghulam Hussain Jaffer made presentation on following two current issues:

            i) Failure of Police and Judiciary in dispensation of timely justice: Sialkot incident and

           ii) Recent Floods: Role of District Administration and Pakistan Army.     

• Mr. Arbab Muhammad Arif, the Home Secretary , Khyber Pakhtunkhaw delivered a lecture on " Situation in FATA, PATA , Pakthunkhwa and its linkages with war on terrorism."

• Mr. Fasihul Karim Siddiqui, Director Hinopak Motors Limited conducted a workshop on " Human Resource Management."

• A tutorial Discussion was conducted on " Team Building and Crisis Management".

• Syed Shaid Hussain , Former Secretary, Ministry of Water and Power , delivered a lecture on issues related to National supply , distribution and usage of water in Pakistan".

• Analysis paper 2 was conducted.

• Three Participants made presentation on following current issues:

           i) Public Opinion on National Issues: Role of Media

          ii) Situation of Law and Order in Sindh : Role of Political Parties

         iii) Month of Ramadan and Price Control
